These terms govern your use of TankPlug (tankplug.com), operated by BriskNest US LLC, a Texas limited liability company. By using TankPlug you agree to them.

Early access

TankPlug is a pre-launch service. Features may change or stop. Some gas stations and prices are demo data and are labeled as such.

Prices are estimates

Prices come from public data, other users and demo data, and can be wrong or out of date. Always check the price at the pump or charger. We aren't responsible for what you pay or for decisions you make based on TankPlug.

Your account

Keep your login secure and give accurate information. You can sign in with email and password, Google, or Microsoft; an account with the same verified email is treated as the same account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Price reports

Only report prices you actually saw. By submitting a report you let us review, publish, edit or remove it, and show it publicly without your name. Deliberately false reports may lead to suspension.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape, overload, attack or reverse-engineer the service, or use it to break the law.

Paid plans

No payments are taken today. If paid plans launch, their prices and terms will be shown before you buy.

Disclaimer and liability

TankPlug is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent the law allows, BriskNest US LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (currently $0).

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
